2.  Address and mitigate the 7 reasons most Strategic Planning efforts fail.
3.  Identify the 12 Key Success Factors in keeping the Strategic Planning process on time and under budget.
4.  Build an annual planning calendar that keeps the Plan rolling, year after year.
5.  Align the Annual Plan with Annual S.M.A.R.T. Goals for the board, CEO, senior team, manager and every employee.
6.  Design an accountability system so you are results-driven, not activity-driven.
7.  Learn how to get the right people on the Planning Bus and how to motivate and inspire them with God’s vision for your organization.
8.  Understand how to leverage your BHAG (Big Holy Audacious Goal) to challenge and encourage the board, staff, volunteers and donors.
9.  Pick up new skills, immediately, in effective delegation—so the whole team owns the Plan and you don’t get stuck with all the work.
10. Learn how, per Henry Blackaby’s counsel, to “find out what God is doing and then join Him.”
